KARE-KARE ON CRISPY NOODLES
Ingredients
- 1 (450 g) pack PUREFOODS READY-TO-EAT KARE-KARE
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp patis (fish sauce)
- 1 (100 g) pack vermicelli noodles (sotanghon), fried until puffed
- 1 bundle pechay Tagalog, chopped and blanched
Procedure
- In a saucepan, combine frozen Kare-kare, water, and patis. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place the crispy vermicelli noodles on a shallow plate. Arrange pechay on top and pour kare-kare on the noodles.
Makes 6 servings.
